Booking Policies & Information
1. Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings, payable within 24 hours of requesting a date.
2. Payment Schedules: Clients must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of all payments made.
3. Standard Terms: All bookings and clients are subject to the same terms and conditions.
Quote Validity
- All quotes outside of specials are valid for 7 days only.
- Quotes within specials are valid until the special ends.
Additional Information
- Touch-ups, house calls, aftercare, numbing cream, and 2nd skin products are not free and will be charged accordingly.
- Any changes or add-ons after the initial quote will be charged as an additional request with applicable costs.
- Consent forms can be signed online via the InkHub portal, or a link/email can be sent to you.
Terms for Clients with Outstanding Balances or History of Non-Payment
- Clients with outstanding balances or a history of non-payment will be blocked from future payment plan options.
- A strict 50% deposit and 50% balance payment terms will apply.
- We reserve the right to deny assistance to anyone with a history of non-payment, late payment, or outstanding balances.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, clients acknowledge that they understand and respect the policies in place to maintain a culture of respect and professionalism.
