How it works
- Click Buy Voucher to open the Yoco voucher page and choose the amount.
- Complete payment on Yoco — the purchaser receives a unique voucher code by email/SMS from Yoco.
- Client redeems voucher in-store by quoting the code on arrival or by handing the voucher email/SMS.
- Staff can redeem via the Yoco POS using the "Voucher" payment option.
Important staff note:
Redeem vouchers in Yoco POS: Select Voucher as payment type → Enter voucher code → Apply to sale.

Voucher FAQs
- Validity: 3 years from date of purchase.
- Redeemable for: Any in-store service or product (tattoos, piercings, Inkspired, GLL).
- Lost vouchers: Clients should contact Yoco support and present proof of purchase; we will cooperate to verify where possible.
- Multiple vouchers: Can be combnied for a single purchase — advise staff at checkout.

Staff: Redeeming & Security
When a customer redeems, verify ID and the voucher code. If the code does not validate, request purchaser proof (email or SMS from Yoco). Do not accept screenshots without purchaser confirmation.
Redemption steps (in-store)
- Open Yoco POS app → Select Voucher as the payment option.
- Enter the voucher code exactly as provided by the customer.
- Apply voucher to the invoice. If balance remains, accept alternate payment for the remainder.
- Record voucher redemption in your booking notes (customer name, code, date).
