Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you encounter an incorrect quote or have any queries relating to shipping charges, please contact us via email: admin@tattoosbycharlene.co.za.
In-store Pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared only if payment has been made and cleared in our bank account and ready for pick up. Our in-store pickup hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 4:30pm
- Saturday: 8am to 12pm
Please have your order number with you when you come in to collect.
UBER Collect
If you select this option, you will need to arrange with UBER to collect. We do not send from our side or arrange for collection. Please send us the driver's details via WhatsApp – 071 334 4172 to ensure the correct order is collected.
International Shipping
Rates will vary depending on the country/region. Standard rates will not be included. Please contact us at admin@tattoosbycharlene.co.za for more information and quotes. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tattoos By Charlene is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us as well as the courier company, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
You agree to not hold us responsible or liable for anything that happens to your package after the courier company accepts the parcel and has left our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, late, or missing packages once dispatched and collected from our warehouse by the courier company. We suggest you upgrade your shipping to have insurance if you are concerned about package errors.

If you have any queries regarding the status of your parcel upon receiving your tracking number, kindly contact the courier company directly. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, email us at admin@tattoosbycharlene.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
