Tattoo Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Tattoos by Charlene. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your tattoo through our online store.

All bookings are essential. No appointment will be confirmed without a deposit — this is non-negotiable.
A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required within 24 hours of requesting your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment (no exceptions).
This does not apply if your tattoo was already quoted or booked outside the website.
Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance — contact us for more info.

After payment, please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm your preferred booking date and time.
Alternatively, provide your WhatsApp number during checkout and we will reach out to finalise your booking.

House calls are available and charged per session.
Call-out fees are area-dependent and will be confirmed via WhatsApp before your appointment.
Fees can be paid before or on the day of your session.

Prices exclude the following: cover‑ups, touch‑ups, portraits, re‑lining, watercolour, realism, 3D styles, and quarter/half/full sleeves.
Colour work, custom edits, additions, or filling spaces between existing tattoos will incur extra charges.
No genital tattoos or piercings will be performed.
Design eligibility is to be confirmed with the artist regardless of how it has been booked.

All other standard studio Terms & Conditions still apply.
