We appreciate your trust and love for our studio! Our TBC Referral Program rewards you for spreading the word. Refer friends and family — and enjoy exclusive rewards, issued directly through our store!

💬 How It Works:

  1. Refer a friend or family member to Tattoos by Charlene.
  2. They must mention your full name when booking (via WhatsApp or email).
  3. They must book and complete their own appointment for it to qualify.
  4. They must provide a clear screenshot or message confirming you referred them.
  5. Once their session is complete, you’ll receive a unique coupon code or gift voucher sent via WhatsApp or email.

Note: Bringing someone to your own appointment doesn’t count as a referral. But we can arrange a joint session if you’d like to book together!

🎁 Reward Options (Sent Digitally):

Each reward is exclusive, single-use, and trackable — delivered through our Shopify system.

  • 10% Off Tattoo Session – Valid 6 months. Stack up to 4 for 40% off.
  • Free Aftercare Bundle (R275 value) – Valid 3 months. Includes TBC Aftercare Cream & extras.
  • Free Piercing – Valid 4 months. Excludes dermal, surface, nipple piercings.
  • R200 Gift Voucher – Valid 5 months. Use towards or on any tattoo, piercing, or product.
  • Free 5x5cm Flash Black Tattoo – Valid 6 months. Choose from selected flash sheet designs.

🔁 Referral Discount Accumulation:

You can refer as many people as you like! For every successful referral:

  • You’ll receive a new exclusive code.
  • Up to 4 x 10% Off codes can be used on a single tattoo session (max 40% off).
  • Example: Refer 5 people? Get 10% off 5 different bookings, or 40% off one and save the rest!

📌 Terms & Conditions (No Loopholes!)

  • Referral must be confirmed at time of booking.
  • Reward is only issued once the referral completes their session.
  • Each reward is exclusive to the referrer and tied to their name.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • Rewards expire based on the date provided in the email or WhatsApp message.
  • Self-referrals or fake bookings are strictly not allowed.
  • No-shows (referrer or referral) will result in reward cancellation.
