• All piercings are done with individually packaged, sterilised jewellery made of the highest-grade materials.
• Surgical needles are sterilised and sealed.
• Prices include standard jewellery; additional charges for non-standard jewellery.
• Use of sub-standard or personal jewellery may increase infection risk or scarring.
• Bookings are essential. No booking is secured without a deposit - non-negotiable.
• 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your slot; remaining balance is due in cash before procedure.
• Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance. Enquire for more info.
• Prices remain the same even if you use your own jewels.

🧴 Piercing Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for **healing, comfort, and avoiding infection**. Our guidance will help, but the final responsibility is with you:

• Use our TBC Piercing Solution for the first 3 days, 3 times a day. This is ideal if the piercing is irritated or sore.
• After the first 3 days, clean with a gentle saline solution once or twice daily.
• Avoid touching or rotating the jewellery unnecessarily.
• Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid harsh soaps, lotions, or perfumes on the piercing.
• Do not submerge fresh piercings in pools, baths, or hot tubs until fully healed.
• Avoid gym equipment that may rub against or contaminate your piercing.
• If irritation or infection occurs, follow our instructions carefully and contact us if unsure.

🧪 DIY Saline Solution

• 1/4 teaspoon (1.5g) non-iodised salt
• 250ml warm distilled or boiled then cooled water
• Mix until dissolved. Apply with sterile gauze or spray 1–2 minutes per session, discard remainder.

• Upper ear/helix: 3–6 months
• Forward helix: 3–6 months
• Tragus: 2–4 months
