Flash Tattoo Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Tattoos By Charlene. All flash tattoos are subject to the following policies, which align with our general booking terms.
💸 Pricing
- Flash tattoo pricing is based on size: XS (R300), S (R350), M (R450), L (R550), XL (R650), XXL (R750).
- Minis are tattoos under 8 cm. Flash designs must be under 15 cm to qualify.
- Add-ons: R60–R90 per colour, R150 to customise/modify a flash design, R150 setup fee for your own flash.
- Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated (Aftercare kits & ProNumb include VAT).
📅 Booking & Payments
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your booking, payable within 24 hours of enquiry.
- Remaining balance is payable in cash before your session begins — no exceptions.
- No walk-ins allowed — bookings only.

- After purchasing, contact us via WhatsApp to confirm your tattoo choice and secure a date.
- Alternatively, provide your WhatsApp number at checkout and we’ll reach out to finalise details.

🏠 House Calls
- Call-out sessions are charged per visit and depend on your area.
- Fees can be paid ahead of time or on the day. Confirm pricing via WhatsApp.
🎁 Time Trial & Bestie Ink Deals
- Time Trial sessions: Fixed time slots to get as many mini tattoos as possible.
- Bestie Ink: Group deals for 2–3 people; themed, matching, or custom flash allowed.
- Free 5 cm black tattoo included per person for qualifying bookings (no modifications/custom).
