Preparing for Your Appointment

To make sure your tattoo or piercing experience is smooth and comfortable, please follow these guidelines:

• Eat before your appointment – don’t come on an empty stomach.
• Stay hydrated and well-rested.
• Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and heavy sun exposure 24 hours before.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.
• Bring your valid ID or passport (required for all clients).
• If there is hair on the area, please shave the area prior to your appointment.
• Only one person may accompany you at our studio.
• Kids are only allowed if they are getting pierced.
• Balance payment is due before you leave, no excuses will be accepted.
• Wi-Fi will be available, please bring a charger if you would like to charge your phone. Bring anything that will help keep you distracted or occupied.
• under 18's are to have parental consent and a parent present at their session.
• Consent form to be signed prior to appointment. This form is a legal document, please ensure it is correctly filled in.

Booking Terms & Deposits

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your session. Deposits go toward the final price on the day of your appointment.

• Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
• Deposits can be paid online via PayFast, Netcash, Yoco or in-studio.
• Bookings available 24/7 (weekdays & weekends). We accommodate all schedules as best we can. Strictly no walk-ins, bookings only.
• Quotes are based on design complexity and placement.
• Prices quoted in special are valid for special validity period, quotes out of special are valid for 30 days from date given.

Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo or piercing heals perfectly. You can purchase aftercare products here, or ask in-studio for recommendations.

We stock trusted brands like Inkspired, Skinergy, Second Skin and Pro Numb - each selected to promote faster healing and protect your ink.

Booking Your Session

To book, contact us directly via WhatsApp or arrange visit to the studio for a consultation. Once your date and design are confirmed, a deposit link & info  will be sent for secure payment.
