📝 What We Need to Quote

To provide an accurate quote for your tattoo, piercing, or event, please provide:

• Type of service: tattoo, piercing, or event
• Size: in cm (for South Africa) or inches (for international clients). We can provide a size guide if unsure.
• Placement or body area
• Approximate number of people (for events or house calls)
• Preferred date and time
• Any special requests, additional products, or custom options
• Optional: price range you are aiming for (we will quote according to specials or standard rates).
•  Studio or House call?

We can cater to anywhere in the country, but clients are liable for accommodation and travel costs unless it is a mass event and a hiring fee applies - in such cases, costs are included in the hire fee.

Bring your tablets, laptops, books, or any entertainment - uncapped WiFi is available. Music system available to enhance your experience. Always check with us if unsure about items, so everyone has a safe and enjoyable session.

💳 Deposit & Booking Guarantee

Important: Bookings are only secured once a deposit has been paid. No deposit means no booking - we do not hold slots without a guarantee. Immediate payment secures your session, and if another client pays first, we will notify you immediately. Send us proof of payment for a 24hr reservation on your slot until funds reflect (weekends, public holidays and bank problems not incuded)

Deposit payment options include:

• Immediate EFT
• eWallets
• Money market transfers at Shoprite, Spar, Checkers, Pick n Pay, etc.
• QR Codes for merchant of your choice(if applicable)
• Payment Links
• Cash payments directly to the studio
• BNPL options for any of our services or products
• PayFast subscriptions (recurring billing) - no services or products will be rendered until fully paid or subscription is active unless otherwise agreed with the artist

Deposits are non-negotiable and non-refundable and required for all private studio, house call, and event bookings. Full payment is required for custom product orders before delivery. Any failure to pay the deposit or full product amount will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with no exceptions.

• Clients can specify their price range if desired; we quote according to standard rates or specials if we cannot meet your price range.
• House calls and events: tell us the number of people and any extra products required so we can quote accurately.
• Immediate payment of deposit or full booking amount ensures your preferred date and time.
• No-shows or late cancellations without valid notice will forfeit the deposit entirely.
• Please do not be later than 15 minutes for your appointment.
• We can adjust to event or host requirements; we aim to make your session or event safe, memorable, and fully enjoyable.
• Any exceptions, special arrangements, or bespoke agreements must be confirmed in writing with the artist before booking. No verbal agreements.
