We’ve made paying for your tattoo, piercing, house‑call or event as simple and secure as possible. Here are all the methods you can use:

• Online via PayFast – credit & debit cards, Instant EFT, QR Code, mobile wallets
• Online via Netcash Payment Gateway – supports cards, Instant EFT, QR, store voucher methods
• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) – via supported services such as MoreTyme, Mobicred, PayFlex, RCS (store card/credit facility) and more!
• Voucher payments – e.g., 1Voucher (available at participating retail outlets), Yoco
• In‑studio Card / Yoco terminal payments via Yoco
• Cash, eWallets, Money‑Market Transfers at major retail chains (Shoprite, Spar, Checkers, Pick n Pay) - subject to terms
• QR Code/Payment Link(sent via WhatsApp)

Note: For services or products paid via BNPL or subscription, we can only proceed with bookings or service delivery once the payment plan is active, as per the chosen merchant or fully paid, unless a specific arrangement is agreed directly with the artist.

• PayFast – Supports Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Instant EFT (major banks) and QR payments.
• Netcash Gateway – Supports 20+ payment methods including cards, Instant EFT via Ozow, PayFlex instalments, retail voucher methods (1Voucher), Scan‑to‑Pay. 
• BNPL Options – Services like MoreTyme offer interest‑free instalments (e.g., pay in 3 interest‑free instalments); Mobicred offers revolving credit facility for purchases; Payflex over 3 months or 6 weeks, MobiMONEY FinChoice offers up to 3 months; RCS is dependent on your agreement with the merchant but generally up to 12 months
• Voucher / Retail Payments – 1Voucher and retail‑based payments available through Netcash and partners.
• Cash / eWallet / Money Market Transfers – While these are not always standard via gateways, PayFast supports MukuruPay (cash at outlets) and other methods for offline cash payment options.
• Immediate EFT directly to our bank accounts
• PayShap (free from your bank, safe and secure)

🛡️ Important Terms & Conditions

• All bookings (studio, house‑call or event) require a deposit to be secured. Without payment, no slot is held.
• Any service or product that is paid via BNPL or subscription must have the payment arrangement active or fully settled before service/product delivery, unless a separate agreement with the artist exists.
• Refunds or cancellations adhere to our standard policies (see Policy page) - non‑payment or failed instalments may forfeit deposit/booking.
• Payment methods listed here are subject to available merchant integrations and may vary at time of transaction.
• We recommend paying as early as possible to secure preferred times and avoid being out‑booked by another client.
• Rates for payment plan services, BNPL and vouchers may differ from standard payment; clients are responsible for understanding associated terms (interest, instalments, payment schedule) when using credit facilities.
