- Booking held only with deposit; can choose date within 6 months
- No walk-ins or pay-on-the-day
- Sessions cannot be split unless agreed
- All tattoos must be completed in one session
- Free piercings and bonuses cannot be split across multiple days
- House calls extra (area-dependent, minimum R850 spend applies)
