🔄 Touch-Ups — High-Fade & High-Friction Areas

• Your first touch-up is complimentary when requested and completed within 4 months of the tattoo being completed, subject to the tattoo being fully healed and suitable for tattooing.
• The complimentary touch-up is intended for normal minor areas requiring attention after healing. It does not include ongoing maintenance or repeated free touch-ups.
• High-fade/high-friction placements require realistic maintenance expectations. Finger, hand, foot and other high-friction or frequently washed/exposed areas can naturally lose pigment faster than other placements.
• Tattoos By Charlene cannot be responsible for providing repeated complimentary touch-ups where fading is a normal characteristic of the placement or is contributed to by everyday use, washing, friction, pressure, footwear, clothing, sun exposure, swimming, sweating, work, sport or other lifestyle factors.
• After the complimentary touch-up has been used, any further touch-up or refresh may be quoted separately following assessment of the healed tattoo.
• A touch-up does not guarantee permanent colour retention. Healing and retention vary from person to person.
