Give someone the gift of a tattoo, piercing or selected studio services — and let them choose when they're ready.

How it works

1. Contact us on WhatsApp and tell us the voucher amount or service you'd like to gift.
2. We'll confirm the available voucher option, value and payment details.
3. Once payment has been received and confirmed, we'll arrange the voucher details.
4. The recipient contacts us separately to arrange their appointment.

Important Voucher Terms

• Purchasing a voucher does not book an appointment.
• Appointments remain subject to availability, suitability, studio policies and the applicable service requirements.
• If the selected service costs more than the voucher value, the remaining balance is payable by the recipient.
• A voucher may not automatically be exchanged for cash and is subject to applicable law.
• Voucher use, expiry and transfer conditions will be confirmed with the voucher issued.
• Promotions, discounts and voucher value cannot be combined unless Tattoos By Charlene confirms otherwise in writing.
• Custom tattoos are quoted according to the actual design, size, placement, detail and scope; a voucher does not lock in a future custom quote unless expressly stated.
