🔐 Your Booking Is Not Automatically Secured By Payment Alone
Your booking is only considered secured once your payment has been successfully received and you have received BOTH:
- Your iKhokha payment receipt; and
- An official booking confirmation message from Tattoos By Charlene via WhatsApp.
A payment request, payment attempt, screenshot, proof of payment or verbal agreement does not by itself secure your appointment. Please wait for our official WhatsApp confirmation before considering your booking confirmed.

Approval, repayment terms, fees, limits and eligibility are determined by the relevant payment provider.
💰 Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required unless a different written arrangement has been agreed.
- The deposit forms part of the quoted price.
- The booking is only secured after the required payment is received AND the iKhokha receipt and official WhatsApp confirmation have both been provided.
