Booking your tattoo or piercing is quick and easy. Follow the steps below and we’ll guide you through every stage.

🔐 When Is Your Booking Secured?

Your booking is only considered secured once your payment has been successfully received and you have received BOTH:

  1. Your iKhokha payment receipt; and
  2. An official booking confirmation message from Tattoos By Charlene via WhatsApp.

A payment request, payment attempt, screenshot, proof of payment or verbal agreement does not by itself secure your appointment. Please wait for our official WhatsApp confirmation before considering your booking confirmed.

🛡️ Consent Is Compulsory

A completed Client Consent Form is required before any tattoo or piercing procedure starts. A booking deposit does not replace consent.

Your booking is only secured after the iKhokha receipt and official WhatsApp confirmation are both received.

5️⃣ Complete Consent

Complete the compulsory consent form before the procedure.

Every piercing includes professional consultation, placement advice, sterile single-use needle, professional procedure, standard starter jewellery, jewellery fitting and aftercare guidance.

  • Wait for the official iKhokha receipt AND WhatsApp confirmation before treating the appointment as confirmed.
  • Bring ID where required and arrive on time.
  • Complete all required consent information before your procedure.
