A completed consent form is required before any tattoo or piercing procedure starts. A booking or deposit does not replace consent.

Please answer all relevant questions accurately and tell us about allergies, medications, medical conditions, skin concerns, previous healing issues or anything else that may affect your safety or suitability.

⚠️ High-Fade & High-Friction Areas

Some placements naturally experience more friction, washing, movement, pressure, moisture or sun exposure. These areas can heal differently and may lose ink faster than lower-friction placements.

A complimentary first touch-up does not mean repeated free touch-ups for ongoing fading in high-fade areas. Once the complimentary touch-up has been used, further touch-ups or refreshes may be chargeable where fading is related to the normal characteristics of the placement, lifestyle, friction, washing, sun exposure, work, sport, footwear or other everyday activity.

📌 Important Acknowledgements

  • Providing inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information may affect whether a procedure can safely proceed.
  • Aftercare instructions must be followed. Washing, friction, sun, swimming, sweating, work, sport and normal daily activity can affect healing.
  • Touch-ups are assessed only once the tattoo is fully healed and the skin is suitable for tattooing.
  • The artist or piercer may refuse or postpone a procedure if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable.
  • Consent does not waive consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
