💳 Deposits & Payments
- All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit.
- Your house call travel fee must be paid in full when confirming your booking.
- Your booking is only confirmed once both payments have been received.
- The remaining tattoo or piercing balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
📍 Travel Information
- Travel fees vary depending on distance, travel time, toll fees, parking and accessibility.
- Travel fees are confirmed once your full physical address has been received.
- Travel outside our normal service areas may require a custom quotation.
- Accommodation costs may apply for selected long-distance bookings.
🏠 Appointment Requirements
- Please ensure there is enough clean, indoor working space available.
- A stable chair, couch or suitable seating may be required depending on the service.
- Good lighting and access to a power outlet are appreciated where possible.
- Children and pets should be supervised during the appointment.
📅 Changes & Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
- Late cancellations may result in your booking deposit being forfeited.
- Travel fees are allocated to your scheduled appointment and may not be refundable once travel arrangements have been made.
- Rescheduling remains subject to availability.

Your Booking Is Reserved Especially For You
Because every mobile appointment involves preparation, travel and dedicated time, we reserve your appointment exclusively for you. Our booking requirements help ensure we can deliver the professional, reliable and high-quality experience every client deserves.
🔄 Touch-Ups & House-Call Minimum Spend
- Your first touch-up is complimentary within 4 months of the tattoo being completed, provided the tattoo is fully healed. Healing takes at least 4 weeks.
- After 4 months, send a current photo for assessment and a refresh quote.
- A complimentary touch-up does not automatically qualify for a dedicated house call.
- For a house-call touch-up, the applicable house-call minimum spend must be met through paid services. The complimentary touch-up itself does not count toward the minimum.
- For groups, paid tattoos, piercings or other eligible services may be combined to meet the minimum; complimentary touch-ups do not contribute.
- Eligible touch-ups may be accommodated during a qualifying house call where time, skin condition and logistics allow.
- Clients are always welcome to come to the studio for an eligible complimentary touch-up.
House calls involve travel, fuel, equipment transport, setup and pack-down, and time away from the studio, so a minimum paid booking is required when the visit is primarily for a small or complimentary touch-up.
